About Ryan Keyser

Ryan is the Constitutional Conservative candidate that is running for the 58th district seat in the West Virginia House of Delegates.

He grew up in Jefferson, Maryland with his parents Allen and Dawna and brother Blaine.  Allen is a career Deputy Fire Chief, while Dawna is an entrepreneur of a successful small family business. Service, tradition and dedication were taught early and have always been a way of life for Ryan.  His career path shows that as he has made service both his career and his passion .  Since 2001, he has been a career Firefighter and has achieved the rank of Lieutenant.  He also shares his dedication of service to the community as a volunteer emergency service provider.  Over the years, he has volunteered at many departments and in many different roles, most recently and currently at the Capon Bridge Volunteer Fire Department and Capon Bridge Rescue Squad in Hampshire County.

He has lived his entire adult life in West Virginia and has split his time between Morgan and Hampshire Counties.  Initially in Capon Bridge , followed by Berkeley Springs and now currently back in Hampshire County on the outskirts of Augusta.

In 2011 he married his wife Michelle , who as a Registered Nurse, shares his passion for service to the community.

Currently Ryan belongs as a member of the following organizations:

West Virginia Citizens Defense League
West Virginia Farm Bureau
Professional Fire Fighters of West Virginia
International Association of Fire Fighters

Ryan takes a strong stance on local, state as well as national political issues.  He does not believe in playing partisan political games as usual , because "We The People" are the only ones who lose when those games are played.  He makes a vow to stand with the Constitution and the People of West Virginia 100% of the time.  Anything that is NOT Constitutional , will NOT be voted for.

Now Ryan sets his sights on a higher calling of service.  The determination to hold a seat in the West Virginia House of Delegates and to impact the people of Morgan and Hampshire Counties in the 58th District as well as state wide.  Bringing the voices of those with Constitutional values to Charleston , to make sure our voice is heard loud and clear.

Politics as usual is no longer an option to keep us a strong state , it is time for the people of Morgan and Hampshire Counties to stand up and demand "Putting People Over Politics!"
